The internship covers essential HR functions such as talent acquisition, job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding support, employee documentation, HRMS usage, attendance tracking, leave records, communication handling, and performance coordination. Students also work on real HR activities like drafting letters, assisting in evaluations, preparing reports, and supporting daily office administration. Every task is taught with direct guidance from our HR professionals.
This internship is ideal for BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA (HR), MSW, and fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in HR roles. Both online and offline internship options are available. Students scoring 50% or above in our scholarship test may also qualify for a stipend, making this a highly accessible and career-focused HR internship program.
